Our culture offers innovative work, flexible work schedules, open communication, and a highly collaborative environment. Our diverse employee base brings together people with different perspectives to collaborate and deliver transformational solutions that delight our clients.
Many projects offer opportunities to work with some of the industry's top experts, thereby increasing employees' knowledge and value as professionals. We encourage a culture of mentoring and provide regular opportunities as well as tools to promote knowledge transfer amongst our employees. Sharing knowledge empowers our employees to effectively challenge the status quo and partner with our clients to identify better ways of doing business.
In addition to sharing knowledge, we share our time outside of the office with the community. In fact, we believe so strongly in community outreach that we offer employees an additional paid day off per year to volunteer for an organization of their choosing. The company contributes to and participates in many philanthropic programs that support both our local and global communities including Comfort for America's Uniformed Services Elite (CAUSE), the Loudoun County Women's Shelter, the Kidney Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, the Children's Inn at National Institute of Health (NIH), Kids First Summer Enrichment Program and the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure walk among many other causes.
The following guiding principles help inform our corporate decision making and are a clear reflection of our culture.
